The military junta, SAC-State Administrative Council, in Burma/Myamar seized the state power on February 1st, 2022, from the democratically elected NLD government, while it was strengthening democracy and restoring peace within the state. Many uprisings and internal conflicts occurred in the entire country and SAC still cannot control the state effectively nowadays although they are combating the new emerging forces such as the People Defense Forces (PDFs) and the pre-existing Ethnic Resistance Organizations (EROs) with a variety of strategies. On the other hand, SAC is holding the for-show peace talks while the military troops are continuously oppressing resistance forces on the battlefields. This paper will analyze the violation of human rights by the military council SAC troops, the situation of peace talks with EAOs/EROs, based on NCA while the SAC is committing war crimes, exploring the statistics of the military conflict, and the responses of the international community.
