Introduction
The military council (SAC), that sized power in violent actions, is now claiming it’s best to perform peace dialogue with the ethnic armed organisations (EAOs) in Burma/Myanmar while the state is with full of armed conflicts in various parts of the country. However the results of the peace dialogue did not come out from Nay Pyi Taw after several meetings with 10 groups of EAOs. The brutal military junta again started the execution of four political activists during the rule. since there was no death penalty in the last 40 years.
